Kaley has worked in the fields of education, counseling,
health, and small business ownership. She began
working in the art field as an art teacher, and later as a
potter and owner of a small pottery shop and studio in
Denver with 3 other women.
Her love for working with clay grew to creating jewelry
with Precious Metal Clays. Glass and its bright and
energetic colors and the wonderful presentation allowed
by fusing the glass began to capture her attention. Soon
her delight in working with clay moved to combining
dichroic glass with metal clay in her jewelry.
Artistic creation is a passion of hers and includes
working with glass, clay, paper, acrylics and enamels .
Whether working on a piece of jewelry made with glass
or Precious Metal Clay, or a dimensional piece of art
deco glass or a mixed media painting she finds great joy
and satisfaction in the process.
